What is "RS2" Looks nicer than I thought it would, just wondering what it stands for?

Just a simple (and probably daft) question, as I'm contemeplating another rep.
How do you resize the leather strap when it has the deploymant clasp? Do you physically cut the strap and then re-attach the clasp?
Cheers guys.

BTW here is a pic of an updated model:
Excuse my ignorance. No idea that Phones were being repped!
Regarding this rep Vertu. Is it based on a Sony/Nokia etc? Do all the various functions Bluetooth, Camera etc all work as well?

Hey guys
I bought one. This one in fact.

Hey guys.
Saw the pics The Zigmeister put up of a A7750 with stripped teeth. Thinking thats not something Id like to experience. So given I dont wear the watch every day (mucky profession) would like some way of keeping it charged up nicely.
Some info I've managed to get from reading other threads.
1) Some Autos need to be vertical
2) Some Autos only auto wind in one direction (clockwise or counter clockwise)
3) I dont want to spend hundreds on a winder!
I saw this on eBay and thought it might fit the bill. Any one got one of these "Time Tutelary" ones?

As ever, Cheers for reading

The day/date thing is always a bit wonky, if it doesn't change just tweak the hands a little bit and try again... just like LR recommended. I don't think it's a big deal. But never, ever use any force with the day or date.
You apparently had a little bit of bad luck with the bracelet. Reps have no quality control, but the good thing is that almost all problems on the reps arise right away. If you can fix it locally, it's always the best option. Ask a small discount from Andrew for your next purchase to cover the troubles.
Congrats for the great purchase, Aquaracer chrono is one of my biggest favorites.
Thanks for the replys guys.
Just thought Id correct one small thing. I did not buy from Andrew, just used his sites reference page. Anyhow, I went to a local jewellers today (H Samuel for the Brits here) and they didnt want to know as "you need to go to a Tag dealer" So I went and chanced it by going to an independent Tag reseller. (Not Beaverbrooks or Ernest Jones)

Thanks man.
You are an absolute bloody star Got the Day to Fri and its nicely centralised too. Adjusted the Date and its all good.
Strangely when the bracelet is actually locked the pin stays in. Might just go to a jewellers (not a Tag dealer obviously ) see if they can refit or replace the pin. I need some links taken out anyway. Its fricking massive at the moment
Cheers again!

Hey guys.
My Aquaracer Day date arrived today. Man was I psyched. It looks really good. Weight feels good too. I went to TrustyTimes site (not where I bought from) and read the initialisation procedure. So I carefully unscrewed the crown. Wound it about 20 times. Then pulled the crown out to the 1st click. Wound it clockwise to set the date. The turned in Anticlockwise (I read By Tors thread) to set the day. And its apperently broken! Goes to half way between Mon Sun and doesnt turn any more. The date is currently set at 8:30 so its not that aspect about setting day at noon/midnight area.
Then imagine my joy when the bracelet fell apart. The pin in the end by the plate with "Tag Heuer" written on wont stay in on one side. Glad I spotted this before I went out!
Great introduction to replicas!
Any tips or should I be contacting the seller?

The bracelet uses the always annoying push-pins for resizing. With all links intact the band has enough length for Godzilla. This was the first time ever I had to remove 2 whole links to get perfect fit for my large wrist
As a potential buyer of one of these (and a newbie to boot!) how do you remove/resize the bracelets?

You're absolutely right Ozenuub, I have kept this post in my favourites - Great info for noobs !
Thanks for the link mate. Interesting reading.
However, its now made me more nervous. Particularly with regards to the line
The Chrono's with Asian 7750 movements are a bit of a lottery, you will probably be OK but don't expect 100% reliability. You may or may not get it.Did some searching and both the Aquaracer Chrono Day Date and my second choice Carrera Chrono Racing both use the A7750 movement. (Valjoux 28800 BPH version) People talk about putting in genuine Swiss 7750 movements but that bumps a sub $300 watch to nearer $800! Which kind of defeats the point to me. I'm not expecting accuracy like on a genuine Tag. Im not even planning on using any of the special functions if thats likely to kill it. But Id like to be confident its going to last 2-3 years, not lose more than a minute or so a week, and not go so wrong as to become an expensive bangle. Which going from reports on here seems unlikely.
Too many questions. Sorry

Thanks for the speedy replies guys.
I looked at Trusty Time's site and the watch (Aquaracer Day Date) looks exactly the same as on Perfect Clones site. Indeed the whole site looks very similar. Even down to the prices and setup.
I guess you pays your money and takes your choice, as both have good feedback. Any idea as to the legal side of things. Accepting what "onzenuub" says about it almost never happening. If a watch is seized, should I pay up to receive it or have it returned to sender and then get PC or TT to resend it?
(Sorry for all the questions - May I suggest that there is a thread started by the Admin here with FAQ's )

Hey Guys
For a while I've wanted to get a nice replica Tag Heuer. At first I only looked at exactreplicas.com and replicahause.com But to be honest they arent very good in my eyes. (Markings are wrong and they look like the plating finish is poor) From finding and reading this site, I've now found "Perfect Clones" which I gather is run by a board user "Joshua" who resides in China. I see he has good feedback and his site has high quality looking watches.
So to get to my question. What are the risks both finanicaly and legally from buying from him and importing to the United Kingdom. I can tolerate a bit of VAT (sales tax) but I don't want to loose a few hundred GP
