UPO With ETA 2824-2

I have been reading that some of the UPO's out there that claim to have the ETA 2824-2 are actually shipping with the 2842, which is a much less desirable movement. How can one be assured of getting what they are paying for? Can anyone suggest someone who they know is shipping with the 2824-2?
