Thanks B. I really want a sterile no date dial and military hands and bezel. I think maybe a Yao Mil Spec dial.
Kurt - you will need to be quick to order any Yao dial - Bill Yao has stopped supplying all parts (to concentrate on his watches), parts are still available through his "authorized assemblers" for a while but I guess when any pattern of dial sells out - it's gone.
Cheers,
Andy

What a brilliant post! I love this sort of information, this is a great project and it's fantastic to see it explained so clearly.
Thank you very much, Justin.

I would love to know the answer to this one - a real thick, distorting 'SuperDome' - has anyone a likely supplier?
Thanks very much.

What a great post; a fantastic project with a really great outcome, written-up in detail - it is posts like these that inspire the newbies amongst us to get involved with projects of our own - brilliant.
I can't wait for that pocketwatch movement in Panerai case project!
Thanks,
Andy

I'd just like to echo a theme which has been mentioned in this thread - the people and the level of watchmaking expertise and information here make this place a "must visit".
I have never worn a rep in my life, but the information in these pages has allowed me to enjoy my watch hobby (largely, modding Seikos) at a much higher level than would ever have been possible without it - I come to the site often and always find something interesting and useful.
Keep logging in - I cannot think of a better site for anyone with an interest in watches.
Cheers,
Andy
