From the pictures posted on dealers\' websites and on this forum, they all appear to be sourced from the same factory. QC as far as inspecting and testing for problems is another story. However, other than the movement issues, few people have complained of egregious QC issues other than the known unlevel crystal and bracelet screw (which it seems has been corrected).

Thanks for that jnkay! Yes I have been reading all the posts to do with the GMT IIC and apart from the issues you mention everyone seem to be happy with it.......I mean visually they look GREAT!

I have been lurking around the forum for quite a while now, theres ALOT of amazing info here, and alot to digest (so here I am doing a bit of cheating)...... I have seen some great pics of the Rolex GMT Master II C, and have decided this would be my FIRST rep purchase.

I guess im another newbie who loves watches. Ofcourse its come to that point in my life where reps have caught my attention - and what a wonderful place this is to learn all about them.

The products here are awesome, the reviews are tops.

Not 100% sure what Im looking for, so im just keeping an eye out until something catches my attention.....
