I received a watch that was DOA, within a minute of opening the package. So I emailed Silix, and this is what they recommended I have it fixed locally rather than ship it back as it is a "minor problem". Problem is I don't know any watch smiths near me, never mind any that fixes replicas. What do you guys think ? Sorry about the [censored] poor quality. Keep a close on on the second hand .....

Got a sweet deal on it. Couldn't resist Thought I'd share my newest purchase with the community. My girlfriend asks me ....... is that "the Leonardo Dicaprio" watch ? LOL What surprised me was the fact that she actually recognized the Tag brand. My girlfriend who knows nothing about watches other than ..... there are the ones that "displays numbers" and the theres the ones that "tick" happened to recognize the watch and brand because the mall was covered wall to wall with maria sharapova and leonardo dicaprio ads near the jewelry store. May be this is why there is so much snobbery towards Tag ... with their all-star and over the top excessive advertising. Enjoy !!!

So I'm not the only one ..... I didn't want to call out the dealer, but since this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I'd like to confirm this is also whom I ordered from 2 days before my VISA got charged for unauthorized transactions. Did this event occur after his site went down ? That's exactly what happened to me. Payed. Went back to browse the site the next day. His site went down. Next thing I know my VISA got hit up for unauthorized charges from Paypal and Bell mobility. Keep us posted .......

That's what I thought too. As it was a charge to Bell Mobility Mississauga, so the first thing I thought was local. But the timing just doesn't make sense, as this particular VISA is used maybe 10 times a year and does not go into my wallet as I moved on to another card. Anyways I'm not pointing any fingers as this could have been a number of reason .... which I could be totally unaware of. The dealer in question has been great. Fast communication, quick shipping and overall great experience. Which is why I choose not to publicly name whom I bought from. This doesn't hurt me financially as VISA will bent over back wards to reverse suspected unauthorized charges. But it's a pain in the ass to have to call in and open an investigation, cancelled, activate new card and wait for report. It's about trust here. I will probably order again .... maybe it's just beginners luck. Just wanted to hear some thoughts and experiences that's all. Not to start a [censored] storm. You guys have been great as always. Pretty positive, as those $1 charges were Paypal and came after the dealer had charged my VISA. Anyhow, that doesn't explain the $160 Bell mobility purchase which VISA had confirmed were unauthorized and reversed.
