Vintage Omegas on eBay

I'm in the market for a gen vintage Omega and there seem to be a ton available on eBay. Should I be concerned with some of the listings from foreign countries? There's a ton from S. America, India, China, Mexico and Canada and its just a bit unsettling to me.
