  1. @Ogladio, be careful with the screwdriver when pushing that tab over.  I slipped a couple times and really stabbed myself.

Put your thumb under the endlink when it's attached to the watch and with your other hand twist the band hard as you push straight down at that protruding piece.  This will warp the band relative to the endlink, so press again hard, and twist the band the other way.  You'll feel it bending and twisting and giving a little as you push down.

It will feel like it went into place, but mostly all you did was open the endlink "clamshell" way too wide.  In reality you only moved the protruding piece a little.  So keep going, be brutal with it.  No mercy.  BEND that sumbitch.

When you think you got some movement, take the band off and squeeze the "clamshell" of the endlink back down and reinstall the band.  See how it looks.  It took me 3 or 4 tries to get it where I like it.

@droptopman, I have 3 spare Yuki 7206s here, 3 mounted on watches, and I've sold off half a dozen.  All of them fit my 20mm lugs just fine.  The only one I had trouble with by the too-tall rivets was the MQ band.

    Can I buy one?

  2. Tell you what - why don't you do it and post up your results! ^_^

This site relies on contributions from members, both in terms of financial support and informative posts. No-one is being paid to produce such information so if you sit around waiting for someone else to do it you might be waiting a while.

Why not buy the parts, take some pictures, show some willing to at least do some of the work yourself, post your pics and see what kind of help gets offered. Sitting on your [censored] waiting for a pre-packaged solution and moaning that one doesn't come along usually results in disappointment.

I just bought sub and GMT2 bezels The watches are gen Tudor Sub and GMT2 sapphire. Ill let you know how they look. My GMT is red/black and I bought red/blue

  3. I want to buy a briefcase for watches from ebay and the seller only ships to Usa, If a trusted member can help i want to ship the briefcase to his address and i will pay for shippment from his address to mine. Its just an empy brief case so no issues with customs (iam located in EU).

Except that i cover all expenses , i can offer 10.000$ RWG cash...

    Thanks for looking.

    John

I can do it for you also,

    Thanks,

    Steve

  4. Mine scratched the first day. My gen GMT2 has not a scratch one on it. Id like to see an acrylic crystal on the 1950 It is an old enough looking watch to wear one well. My 1962 production Tudor Sub has one and it looks so much warmer than the clinically clean GMT2
