Anyone have a spare crown guard screw for PAM253?

Hi all. I'm relatively new to the forum. I purchased a PAM 253 recently and as I was putting on my watch the
other day I noticed the crown guard lever opened up on its own. After taking a closer
look I discovered that one of the screws holding it in place had fallen out! Does anyone have a spare
screw for the crown guard or know of where I can get one? Thanks in advance. Pic attached!
