It seems that the crown receptacle is soldered to the case, isn't it ?

For your choice, it depends of what you already have, but if i were you i'll choose the sterile dial/cortebert mvt combo. The case is too close to the gen for putting a unitas in it imho.

On the other hands, attempting to acheive a 1:1 cali dial is also a great great challenge

for a next project i search unitas hands of a 232, as i prefer this thick but short hour hand, more close to the angelus ones.

Where can i find it ? except DSN as i don't want to pay a WU only for this.

I need it before christmas if possible.

Or If someone have it for sale let me know , even without lume is OK.

i have them. I can send you a pic, so you'll tell me if it's ok with youre search. The luminous part of the hands is big one and takes close to the entire hand. The only problem is that hands are still attached on the movement and for a nOOb like me, it will take time

And of course i can give a huge huge bargain

It's maybe not a gen, not even a 1:1 rep of a gen but damn she's got such appeal. Like a 40 destro with a touch of historic/vintage look.

I believe that both were used so take your pick is my advice....I am going with the DSN 09 caseback for my 02.....

In general, dials with T-Swiss-T would have the 6500 caseback.

T Swiss T would use 6502

As far as i remember, i think that half preA so the T-Swiss-T have 6502 casebacks.

I'm also interested in the answer. I use to think that hands used in a 47mm watch could look amazing with a 45mm watch. As going deeper on the dial and indexes.
