Great Watch !
Any chance you have the detail description of the process.
Why a MBW case ? How did you fix cown position ? Did you cut the chrono pusher ?
-
Congratulations, it is a beautiful watch. The colors of the dial really match the strap colors.
Enjoy great picts.

Why not check the pawn shops for gens!
Isn't Macau the Asian equivilent of Vegas? I'm sure there are some nice gens pawned off to feed the addiction.
Thanks

HI,
Going to macau for work, any places recommended to vist ? what about reps ?

Moded the bezel with a lathe (0.2mm).
Nice work! Did you have a bezel for the 1016 or did you modify the bezel from the 16200? -
Re-dial, Gen case (16200), movement ETA 2846, aftermarket Tropic 22 crystal in bad shape, gen crown and tube, Tudor hands
next:
gen dial
lug-holes need drilling to take 2mm springbars
gen 78360 with 580 endlinks

Thanks guys,
Hope bracelets get here soon
I was thinking it was a modded MBW, but the dial threw me (it looked too good) until I got to the end & found out that there is a reason the dial looks so good.Excellent work & I cannot wait to see it decked out with the proper bracelet.
(This is 1 of those times when I wish we still had the rating system)
wow! A real gem!The plexi subs with the glossy dial are one of my favorite rolex - will have to build one in future

Hi,
in my opinion all parts - except the movement are made in Vietnam -
Phong sells the same watch - i wish we could get a vintage Rolex of the same quality
change the crown + tube and insert and you done.
the biggest flaw is the dial : SWISS T<25 is wrong -
that's why i removed it on mine. also it looks to new
the movement may be genuine - at least my watchmaker thinks so.
cheers,
Frank
Agree, last visit to Saigon I saw a couple of Tudor that were very close to the real thing, but the price was higher than U$250.
Great buy,

milsub's dial is a new daytona, 116520, Rolex movement

still upset I passed the detail ("Oyster") on the dial

Thanks R,
I'll call Borel, tomorrow.
Then my guess would be that it takes a standard El Primero hour wheel...Jules Borel or Ofrei should have it, if not, let me know on email and I'll see what I can find.

Thanks R,
EBEL 134 Movement - Chronograph - 31 Jewels
Is the movement a Rolex one, or a Zenith one? I ask because I am not sure if there is a difference in parts between the two. If it's marked as Zenith PH3019 (if my memory is correct) then you should be able to order a wheel for it from any supply shop. If you can identify the movement it would help, I can probably source one from my supplier.RG

I'm also waiting for The Zigmeister (looks like January).
-
Where did you find these dial and crown ?
Is the crown 7mm or 6mm
-
Missing the hour wheel, any ideas where can I buy a hour wheel for a Rlx 4030 ?
Thanks freddy
