Ok so I might have wasted 35 bucks.... the authentic screws dont fit the watch tube... they are too big for it.... guys please help... I cant find a 30mm watch tube anywhere that will accommodate these authentic screws and I've been to every watch place in brooklyn I have contacted King with no lug... I mean I told her I'd pay her for extra screws and my email was ignored.... Please help a brother out with 2 (non authentic) screws that will fit the watch tube I havent worn the watch ONCE.. HEEEEEEEEEELP

just placed an order for 2 screws at an authorized bell and ross dealer... 10 buchs each screw and 15 for shipping. WOW... what a joke 35 bucks for two tiny screws... oh well... at least they'll be the real deal...

Got my 03-92 from King some time ago and thought the nylon strap didnt dress up the watch enough... (I wear it mostly on weekends as I work near an MRI and if I have to run in that would be GAME OVER for the watch) So I decided to get some nicer straps... got these from AltStraps.com and it's the "Desert" strap. Quality is great....but keep in mind if you want the PVD buckle it's 35 extra(will be ordering mine today) otherwise it's about 90 with shipping for the straps. Notice I have a cheap strap that my local watch guy put on there.. it's super cheesy as it sais Mark Ecko on it... and it's silver and doesnt match the watch....but it works for now and it was 5 bucks ONE QUESTION:As seen in the picture I am missing the small aleen key black screws (one on each strap) that hold the straps in. Where do I get them? Can anyone here sell 2 screws to me? Thanks in advance guys... and my hats off to all of you that gave me advice before me purchasing the watch....

Well I wear the watch on the weekends bucause if I walk into the MRI room at work....that would be the end of the watch (i wear a cheap LCD watch for work)... Ok so which 100 dollar winder should I get? Any particular one that someone could reccomend that has worked well for them. Im noticing that I have to shake the watch vigorously to get it to wind..... will the automatic winder work? Thanks in advance

Please recommend a decent watch winder. I dont know if the ones for 20 dollars from ebay are ok. I dont wear the watch every day and want to keep it wound. Thanks in advance guys. Not looking to spend too much money as I already want to get a new leather strap for the watch (got a nylon band)

thanks... but they dont really show them on their website for some reason? And the last time I went to an authorized retailer they had a very limited quantity of B&R stuff... is there a place in the NY/NJ area that has a huge selection of straps?

King said they have this watch with the 2834 movement... is that the correct size movement for the smalle size case? It's hard to communicate with King (probably because of the language barrier) Also I did a search for 2834 movements but there is not much info on them...

Thanks for the answers guys.... I do appreciate them.. I don't know IF i'll become a collector... I think this watch might decide things for me... I've never really been into watches... but I'll probably pick one up from King or PureTime.... I did try to PMl Ajoesmith to find out if he has any left (I like his PVD a lot) If someone has on thats been modded (Better AR or nicer PVD or better Lume) I'd be interested in picking one up..... I'll look around the forum for another week or so and if by then I dont find anyone I'll pull the trigger on one from the stores mentioned above... Great forum here and I'm learning a lot.... Avitt how much do you charge for the PVD and Where did you get that strap? It's sweet!

guys as you see from my questions I didnt just log in and post away... I did do a few days of reading.... I've been a member of a ton of forums and usually the pros help the newbies out... I've done some searching and "waterpoof" "water resistant" didnt get me much answers re the bell and ross 03-92 in my original question. I suppose I could search the forum for each single question and read pages of irrelevant posts until I MIGHT get the answer I'm looking for. Or someone with the knowledge can help me out...so I can order the best watch that fits me and go on enjoying life.... I do appreciate a good replica watch now that I've seen some of the pictures/ read some info... but you're making in sound like I should quit my full time job and raise my post count here until someone will regard me with a response? Is that really how it is here?

first off I'm totally new to watches... I just love the B&R and want to get a rep. After reading this forum I've got some questions. anyone with a 17 cm wrist out there wearing a 42mm watch? What the heck does it look like? AR coating- how bad is the one on the knockoffs? PVD- saw posts that show ajoesmith's PVD and it looks good.. I've tried to PM him but his box is full.. is he the only one that makes the PVD look that good. I wouldnt mind buying a watch from him.. what does he charge? Suprlume- I see the reps have incorrect superlume.. like one collor on one hand and different color on others... i'm guesing superlume increases the brightness...but does it also match the color to what the Gen looks like? How much does Superlume cost? Movements- I've seen the following movements offered...which one should I go for? -Asian 2836 with clone automatic movement - CN-2813 Automatic movement - Swiss-2836 Automatic movement (and this is going to be real dumb now... automatic movement means your hand movement winds the watch RIGHT? Water Resistance- I noticed some reps say water resistance(dont take them into water) while others actually say say a certain depth (like here ">20 Meters" http://www.puretimewatch.com/index.php?productID=39) Are any of the reps waterproof? I dont intend to dive in them..but dont want to think about taking the watch off if I jump into the shower or pool really fast. and lastly... Which website should I get it from? Thanks guys.
