My freshly won SSD v2 makes the cut today

It looks like at 6:21 the second hand @6 gets blocked by the hour hand. Should I attempt to fix this myself? Maybe just a slight bend of one hand? I have no experience with watchmaking whatsoever, but am willing to give it a shot if thats how you would do it.

I just purchased a quartz IWC Portuguese Chrono, and at first I thought it was not keeping time, but then I realized is getting stuck everytime at 6:21. Is there a solution to this? Maybe a new battery, or should I contact the dealer for a replacement?

Is the the black chrono? I have seen it around, however the rep does not have the clear red back.
