I am very happy with my PO from Narikaa. For the price I can't complain about much.

Cheers and happy holidays to all.

  2. Hi, I am neew here so take it easy on me, okay? :p

I am thinking about buying my first replica watch and I've been looking at the 42 mm PO that Narikaa is selling. I can see it's only GBP 65, and i think that is really cheap.

    Is this a good watch?

I have read that the 45mm UPO i regarded as maybe the best replica, but where can I buy it? I have also taken a look at the PO Chronograph Asian 7750 (tight subdial mod), which is mentioned in "By-tor's Guide To Best Omega Replicas, Replica Buyer's Guide".

Right now I really dont know which I prefere. Maybe I need to get both the PO and the PO Chrono?

    Hi MagnusW, Welcome

I'm certainly no expert but have been following the posts here for about a year and finally bought my first rep and it was the 42 mm PO that Narikaa was selling recently. He is a gem to deal with, answered all questions quickly and sent the product immediately. I'm real happy with it. Like I said I'm no expert but for the price I don't think it can be beat.

    Hope that helps.

  3. Thanks to all for your forthright replies. This is exactly the information I was looking for. I appreciate your patience when I'm sure you seen all

of this many times. You saved me some money and also some embarassment.

None of your replies were too "basic", I am just getting into this hobby and any intro advice/info you want to give- fire away.

I've been reading a lot on the sites and see names like Sead, Ruby and Angus, a little hard to find things sometimes but I'm willing to do

    my homework.

Thanks again and also for not going the "sure it looks great, go for it, I'm sure you'll love it." I was told this was a reputable forum and now I

    know it be just that.

  4. As a fairly recent newcomer to rep watches, I'm considering making this watch my first purchase. It's difficult to tell from the pics and from

a site in general about the quality of any watch. I've been reading through these forums (too much the wife says) to get some knowledge

and learn from the experience of the other members.

If anyone has any advice about this particular replica or this dealer, please let me know. I really like this watch and haven't found this configuration

(with the leather strap and orange stitching) very often.

    Thanks in advance.

  5. Thanks to both posters. I've spent hours reading these forums, it's addicting and I had NO idea what all was involved in

rep watches. One thing seems to be pretty consistent in the posts I've read. Sead, Angus, Paul and Ruby all seem to have

good reps and seem to have nice product, it's just hard to dig through all of the posts to actually find a site or a way to contact

these folks, most of the posters have been around for a while and talk in a sort of short hand that I'm still learning but having fun

doing so. Currently I'm trying to find the Omega Planet Ocean that I saw in an add in wired magazine. Chrono with black face, orange bezel and black

leather strap with matching orange stitching. I've found several sites it's just really hard to tell the quality, the price varies from $118 to $230 or more.

I'm assuming the more expensive would be better quality but who knows?

    Thanks again.

    Jim

  6. I saw this watch in a Wired magazine add and it knocked me out! I'm a newb and looking

for some advice on where to look (and not look too) for the BEST replica of this watch.

It has orange dial and a what I thought was black leather strap with matching orange stitching,

but what I've found in descriptions says it's rubber.

This is a great site and I'm hoping those with some experience and patience can point me in the

    right direction.

    Thanks
