I'm looking to purchase a new SuperOcean 44 Gen and wondering if any of the AD's can still offer a discount?

Anything wrong with purchasing new from a non AD that sells new watches with their own warranty? The savings is about $700 on this particular watch. New with cases and boxes and paperwork just does not have the warranty card. Thoughts?

Does anyone know where to get the best deal on a Gen of this model? Most of the local AD's (Mall) have the watch listed for $4400. I have seen it on-line for as low as $3050, but didn't know if there were things to watch out for here. Thanks for any advice in finding the best deal.

Trying to decide on an early Christmas present to myself. A Brietling black face Super Ocean Steel Fish on SS bracelet or the Omega 45mm Planet Ocean (black dial, orange number, black leather strap with orange stitching). Both with Swiss ETA movements, 2836 and 2824 respectively.

What are your thoughts for the most accurate rep of the two mentioned? Thanks

Hello. I'm looking to make a first purchase and would like to have some suggestions from the pros. I want a sizable watch that has good wrist presence. 2824 genuine movement, real saphire crystal, heavy, and stainless steel band. For my first rep I would like one that you guys consider to be one of the best. Thanks for any suggestions. Omega, Tag, and Rolex are among my favorites but not sure how to know what you are really getting in terms of a genuine movement and a real saphire crystal.

I like the Brietling Steel Fish because of the ETA option, I also like Omega, and Tag but was unsure of the Asian 7750 quality. Thanks.
