Spotted one of the chefs on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares wearing a really nice eye catching watch... I recorded it and waited for a closeup. Here it is... :wub: Another "weird" thing that we watch lovers do that "normal" people won't understand... I've been thinking of getting a gen of it for a long time... it was out of my gen shopping list since I started wearing bigger watches such as a PAM. Now it's back at the top of my list... realistically affordable too.... :wub:

I am of Chinese origins and I am grateful that no member of my family... whether it's immediate or not, have ever or thought about eating a cat or a dog. I am probably the only member of my family living without a dog or a cat because (no, smart a$$es... I didn't eat them ) I live on my own and I work from 10 hours a day, 5 days a week... I know that I can't give it the attention that they need. I've heard of this Chinese saying before (actually from a white man, so dunno if it's true)... "If it's back faces the Sun... you can eat it."

I've always appreciated how lucky I am to have access to these forums... even as a non paying member. Thank you so much RWG Admins and Mods...

Those of us that have 10+ watches, will alternate from day to day. I, myself, have changed watches 2 - 3 times a day... although not that often. Most of the watches don't get worn daily... maybe once a week, some once a month, some twice a year. So they last longer than watches that are worn daily... hence I don't get most of them serviced as long as they keep good time. I do plan to get one of my watches with A7750 serviced cause I intend to wear it more often.

Am I just that unlucky? I have 3 watches with A7750 and I can't set any of them with the atomic clock to the second. The minute hand go back 1 or 2 minutes when I set the time and they will go fast or slow a further 2 - 3 minutes a day... and then they settle down. This happens on ALL of them. Does this happen to any of your 7750s?

@sql_pl Looks fine to me... then again I love thick straps... :wub: You're right... thick straps does "dwarf" the watch. I have thick straps on my Fiddy... they make the watch look like a 44mm. Don't worry about the buckle, you'll get used to it. You might feel like a bit of an idiot but I can assure you, no one will think that you are.

I will NEVER, EVER... dob on a mate. It's just the way I've been brought up... it's an old Aussie saying. I agree with jdfaker... the guilt is just too great. The dobbed can be jailed for life... or in some Asian countries, be given the death penalty. Sacrifice one for the sake of hundreds... seems logical. But not when it's someone you know and love.
