My first rep was a Breitling Skyland that I bought in 2008 and it has a A7750 in it. It ran perfectly for 5 years! I recently serviced it myself and I'm sure it'll run perfectly for the next 5 years. Yes there can be issues with the movement, depending on how's it's assembled. But most problems are due to dirty, dry movements. Properly serviced, it's a solid, reliable movement. If I had my eye on a watch that had a A7750; I'd still get it.

I was using a Dremel buffing wheel and went across it and dug it out.

Secret ingredient in WD40 is fish oil! Designed by rocket engineers to keep rocket and missile parts from corroding. Water Displacement (WD) 40; the fortieth sample. It'll always leave a residue.

I second this one as well! It's a great watch! I put mine on a Gen Breitling Super Ocean strap. Like Mike said, you want to stay away from the 7750 unless you can get it serviced when it goes tango uniform.

Thanks! I wasn't sure how I would like the green instead of white. Still not sure; I can always go back to white. It did lighten up a bit as it was curing: It certainly does put out a great glow!

I screwed up my pearl while conditioning the look I wanted for my 382. So I added a new one using green Super Luminova instead. Old one: New one: Thoughts? Thanks!

It's the pallet fork. I've repaired this before. Be sure it's seated properly and the stones are engaging the escapement. Replace the fork if it's not engaging. One of the stones could've recessed too much.
