Its a bit late but I am 100% certain it's a fake! painful experiece for the buyer but he should know about mm20 watches before pulling the trigger. Wrong box, no papers,m wrong caseback etc. Btw I got one franken mm20 for sale over rg via Sead aka super mirror

Don't trade if you don't like those mentioned pams 250: the dial looks way too busy and does not embodies Pams elegance and simplicity. If you want a chrono maybe IWC wud be the best address. 312: In general, it's an handsome looking watch but the flat shappire and the hotchpotch design doesn't cut it for me.

I have just noticed that your cg lever does look odd and isn't as flush as it shud. pls see the below picture for reference.

Am usure if the crystal is an original. I have checked many mm20 from rg members and the net and have never seen any crystal that looks like your unless you are one of the lucky ones to be able to source the first run mm20s. The curvature of the crystal reminds me of my dsn but with its ar strpped. You may want to double check from your seller. looks great anyways.
