Just received a replacement strap from Josh. I have to tell you it exceeded my expectations. It fits like a glove no issues at all. Josh came through with his excellent customer service as advertised on the net. Thanks I'm very happy with the product. BTW there was no charge for replacement.

the band didn't come with any spring bars, does it supposto? Spring cap or something like that probably would help. Maybee it's just missing. Josh is sending another band to try. Still not sure why this won't stick.

Still working it out with Josh. Does anybody owns Porshe Design Flat 6? Does the rubber strap has any stiffening part on the end of it. Mine came with nothing there but flexy rubber.

I need help please. I bought Porsche Desing chrono from Josh. It's a great watch but the strap has problems: it does not stay firmly in the watch body. The rubber strap's groves are too soft and strap just detaches from the watch while just wearing it. I haven't seen any other complaints about problem like this. Is this a common problem with the strap? Josh is offering to buy a better strap but it's $65, it's from a higher end model. Should I go ahead with this? Could there be a flaw of the metal frame were black rubber snaps in? I just don't want to spend money without assurance. Thanks in advance
