Practice and more practice. If its your first try, use a dial you don't mind if you ruin it. You need to put little dots till its done, take your time and you will get it.

Here is the drill bit size info for the Polex 2mm springbar upgrade
Snap-On drill Bit , Wire Gauge, Cobalt
For the case lug holes
Actually it is 1.2mm but 1.3mm is recommended for a best fit.
1.3mm = .0520” stock# DBCE55A
Outside countersunk
1.4mm = .0550” stock# DBCE54A
1.5mm = .0595” stock# DBCE53A
You are correct. The smaller the bit size the higher the RPM's.
I was thinking on my current 110 TON Chilled Water Air Conditioning project. We use bigger size drill bits every day not this tiny ones. I need to separate my job from my hobby, two completely different fields. Now you know why my username is vaccum....NO it is not misspelled....vaccum is the rep for vacuum.

If you turned the crown set screw CCW more than 2 full turns... it may be out of place. Try turning it fully CW then 2 turns CCW and try again. Dont rush it, take your time.

I need to say that servicing this movements takes time tools and skills. Also servicing the 7750 is not an easy task plus if something breaks because of the quality of the components and quality control when assembled at the factory things get worse.... this parts are almost impossible to get and sometimes you need to fabricate parts like the hands LOL
We need to understand that the people that provide movemnt service like The Zigmeister, RBJ and myself are doing the best we can with the resources available.
Again $200 for the 7750 movement full service is a bargain.
