Just got my Seamaster GMT from WBK over at the darkside - just had to put it on!!!
-
THIS was posted on TRC a few days ago. You could try either of them.
Let us know how you get on - I'm UK based as well.
-
I might be able to do that. What sort of time as I'm in Berks??
-
I thought I was the only one
I like the sound of the Unitas - just the right tempo. Sometimes if I'm having problems sleeping I'll put it over my ear!!

www.track-trace.com Enter the number in the little red van or brown box field

It looks like Trusty has the same version available HERE
Bytor - How do you think it compares?? I never really notived this before but it is REALLY growing on me now!!

All 3 are good reps. I would go for the PO. The Navi is a bit more of a lottery with the movement.
-
4th Gen PO on Carbon strap again for me!!

Somebody asked a similar question on one of the other forums. Personally I would wear something very cheap like a casio or Timex and not draw attention to yourself.
Both countries are pretty friendly but you can easily end up in the wrong place at the wrong time.
You'll love Burma - its one of my favourite countries and VERY underated. Its a shame that the current situation over there puts people off as its a beauticul country and there are SO many gold temples. Try and visit Bagan for the hundreds of temples/stupas if you can.

Joshua also has this. He posted it just after I'd ordered a Navitimer from him . Was sorely tempted to swap or even add the Carrera
NO NO NO......
Enjoy the Navitimer THEN get the Carrera!!!

Looks like you next purchase needs to be a nice box to put them all in!
-
Nice GMT - Where did you get the bezel insert from?
-
Dead for me too - oh well saves my wallet!

I'm going through the same process myself. Got quite a few good quality reps but would like a real one for me plus something to hand dowm to my son.
Definitely not getting a ROlex though as everyone will ask "is it real?" which when it's a rep is a compliment - they are that good, but would [censored] me off no end.
Most probably get a vintage Omega Speedmaster Moon watch, they are going for a good price as well.

VERY VERY nice. I've always preferred the vintage daytona to the more blingy modern version.

Have a look Here
and here
saw them on Paneristi the other night, don't know if they ar exactly want you want.
I'm looking for a watch box to take 6 watches. Nothing fancy necessarily. Though I might snag one of WatchPrince's tasty looking 'seconds' but the bargain price isn't such a bargain when you add $90 for shippingUK or Europe, or is anyone in here upgrading to a bigger, flashier box and wants to sell me their old one?
(I would have put this in the traders section under watch requests, but it isn't a watch request...... )

I had an Asian but had to send it back as it gained 5 minutes in 20!! That was regardless of how I twiddled with the regulator.
I've ordered a swiss one instead to replace it, hopefully this will be better!

I predict with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY..... That all will have to endure several weeks of this unending worldwide diatribe of twaddle.
.
Well Said Reg. I HATE football with a passion and can't wait for ENgland get knocked out so I don't have to hear as much crap about 1968 again!!

The orange chrono is an awesome watch, you won't be hiding that one up a sleeve!

Looks like River it is

Anybody know where I can get a good quality travel case, preferably in leather, at a good price?
I've tried ebay and watchprince but they are pricey for what they are, also looking for somewhere in Europe to reduce shipping/tax.
Cheers

Well I went to the first one in Berkshire! Would go again if it wasn't in London, worked too much there in the past and have no intention of ever going back.
