Thanks for the info. Yep, definately had a good run. google is a scary place when your trying to source another. It is the day date aquaracer and I like it so worth repairing for me. Anyone else have an idea?

I bought one 5 years ago now but that dealer seems to have disappeared and the movement has been damaged. Guess I have 3 options , buy another , find , buy and replace the movement with asia 7750 or replace with genuine swiss valijoux which I have heard of being done by others.

Any pointers or tips from the experience of others would be highly appreciated.

Great review, have ordered one of these after great consideration of many both Gens and Reps. Its the combo of sport and style this watch captures that gets me. hope fully it will help me forget my old Omega which died in Baghdad.
