Hi all, Does anyone know sellers of high quality watches that have no logo or branding on it? It could be a homage but ideally its an origional design. Sorta like GETAT but looking for more sources. The watch would have the same components as the high quality reps found on this site. Thx,

I hope you're right. And I agree customer service in the US is way overboard. I'll pull the trigger. Thanks guys for the feedback and help. -

What would you do if you got the following response to the bezel comment: "The QC pics is to verify that model is correct and not for nitpicking" -
Help with QC pics for Seamaster 300 2014
kowalski608 replied to kowalski608's topic in The Omega Area
Guys, I got these two new QC pictures. I want to get your all's opinion, do you think the dial is a bit shifted upwards towards the 50 or 55 way point on the bezel. The second marks on the dial look like they are touching that side of the case/bezel more than the 20 number on the bezel. The dial and second markets near the beze at 20 looks like there is a gap, while on the opposite side (near 50 and 55 on the bezel it is touching). is it just the angle or is it off center? -
Help with QC pics for Seamaster 300 2014

Gents, I'm going through the QC process with TW-Andrew. The lume picture he sent seems OK, need to confirm the lume. I send the following pictures to TW with the lines drawn in. I provided the feedback you all gave, and he said that the bezel and dial are straight, and that the pictures are dead center. I asked for a center picture, and he said he would not provide it. Does all of this add up? Please help, I haven't done this sort of back and forth during the QC process, I don't want to be too demanding either. Cheers! -

Thanks guys, I'll check on that. Much appreciated! -
Hi all, Want to reach out to the experts here on the QC pics. Will check if the lume is the correct blue/green. I appreciate the help in advance, this is a new watch style for me. Cheers...

I am wondering if there are any TD or sites that make fantasy, or better non-branded watches. I would like to have a quality watch for 200-300 that I can wear to work without arousing suspicion that I can afford a rolex or omega, etc. it would have superlume, sapphire, ar, Asian or eta movement, etc. Any thoughts or leads? Cheers,

PO v5 vs POCr ? 42mm which is better rep?
kowalski608 replied to kowalski608's topic in The Omega Area
Hey thanks for the reply - how much would I need to invest to do all of the mod upgrades you mention? -
Guys, I've been trying to figure out whether to get the PO v5 or the PO ceramic both in the 42mm version. Overall which is a bette rep? I heard the PO v5 is pretty solid, but that the metal casing is sometimes soft? With the PO ceramic version I've read that the ceramic and lume bezel is a bit weak. Can someone provide some feedback on which is a better buy if I am looking for the better rep of the two (as far as quality and least number of flaws). I would apperciate also dealer leads. Cheers,

kowalski608 replied to kowalski608's topic in The Omega Area
Thanks Dude. His site is all in Chinese a bit hard to navigate. It seems like this model is out of stock - anyone know if they will be coming out with a v6 or new stock? Thanks in advance~ -

Oh I agree with you, there are many genuine posts and I have learned a lot from them. I just wonder if there are some covert postings to subvert the form. In the end I think the consistent replies from the members keeps all in check. Cheers Edit: forum not form heh.

Hey all, Been a member for several years, have learned a lot about watches, both gens and reps. Purchased a total of 5 reps thus far and have been needing to limit purchases to keep things under control heh. In viewing the discussion postings it's come to thought that perhaps there are some members who are posting with a purpose of discrediting and confusing our hobby/purchases (eg "airport confiscations", "people calling them out for wearing a rep", etc). Sometimes these posts feel like they have a covert intention to scare us from purchasing etc. I'm thankful for the reassuring and correcting replies from the sage members. Perhaps it's my paronid side coming out, but has anyone else noticed this pattern? I'm not calling for a witch hunt, perhaps the best way to handle these guys is by replying with factual info etc. Has anyone else seen subtle examples of what I'm describing? Cheers~

New Pictures New Arrival: H-Factory Custom 390
kowalski608 replied to redwatch's topic in The Panerai Area
PowerMax, is Titanium softer and more scratch prone? What's your thought of stainless steal vs Ti? Anyone else? Thx -
In some cases I humbly (noobie here) argue gens should copy the reps. check out the Pam 390 that has been customized with a Titanium case (original has stainless steal case). I don't think reps will never be 100% 1:1 ...it would upset the gen companies too much. Perhaps there is a thin line rep factories tread. I'll mention another conspiracy of mine - Reps are made by gen companies as a way to capture additional sales. Anyway peace to all, really like this forum and the rep factories. Could never own this wrist art otherwise!! Cheers

Hi all, I have a small wrist, really like design of the PAMs and lume aspect but am having trouble finding one of the simpler designed PAMs (like the 000, 360, 390) in a 42/40mm diameter size. Does anyone know a dealer that sells a high quality (H factory or Noob). Anybody have leads? Thanks in advance, George

hey, It was love at first sight when I saw the Ebel 1911 Discovery with brown leather strap (seen Spring 2009 weekly wrist check thread). Has anyone seen it? Does anyone own it? I think it had the same watch color as the one pictured below but of course with the brown leather strap. Ever since the forum got a face lift I haven't been able to use the search feature as good as before. Thanks in advance guys... help me find my second half heh
