I notice now in person that the AMG I have has a difference in the color and texture of the case and the bracelet. The bracelet is a little darker and smoother and more shiny than the watch head. From your pics it looks like your's is similar, but it's hard to tell. Do you notice the same thing with yours in person?
Stephane,
I just bought this watch as a result of your pictures here, great review!!
One question - where did you get the Ti buckle for the nylon strap? I've only been able to find brushed Stainless Steel buckles everywhere I've looked. Thanks
bytor asked for more pics of the TT Bently on the other forum, but it's down, so posting it here:
Oh yeah, tomorrow I'm going w/my SMP Chrono w/single sided AR and a blue nato strap (and I fixed the bezel alignment too):
Chieftang, you didn't have to strip my navi crystals did you? I worked pretty hard w/a dremel and a cape cod cloth to get them stripped before sending, but if it was ineffective I'll need to change my method.....
yep, pushers leak. Best bet is to disassemble the watch (not too hard), and remove the crystal and the inner bezel ring with the tachymeter on it. Then you can toss in the case and bracelet without issues. Afterwards just clean it off with some hot water, dish soap, and a toothbrush, let it dry for a couple of hours, then reassemble.
The Ferrari watches don't photo well, they always look a bit tonka-toy-ish. In real life they are much more understated and elegant than what shows on the photos.
