Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but I've been searching McMaster-Carr, MSC, Grainger, Ofrei and others for this tap and I just can't find it. Is the posting correct? 3.0mm x 0.35 tap? I searched for that as well as an M3 x 0.35 Tap. Each search came back with a 3.0 x 0.5 Tap or M3 x 0.5 Tap. Am I missing something here?
Another "well within reach" dream car - the Mercedes Benz E55 AMG W211. I almost pulled the trigger on a 2005 a year and a half ago, but with the soaring gas prices I shied away from the deal. It's still on my radar though Super comfortable ride, sporty handling, dynamic seating that adjusts as you increase the g-forces on the car, and a 470hp / 520 ft/lb supercharged engine. Oh, and room for 5!
Hey thanks for this great review! I couldn't tell from a lot of the dealer pics that the new 2010 model actually had the proper polished 3 - 6 - 9 layout. The pics all looked like they still had the older lumed numerals.
Watch looks fantastic and that is a great buy!!! I definitely want one of the 2836 high beat ones for sure!
As promised, here are some pics of the Gen Tropic 127 modification to fit my Asian case.

Nice ride Cats! I just finished my lease on an S60 R in midnight black. That was a sick car! The only issue I had with it.....worse turning radius of any car I have ever owned!!
Here's a pic from the first road trip I took the car on:
Just found this on the Bay. It's a leatherette strap holder for up to 20 watch straps. Seems pretty cool and only $20.00 US. Thought I'd share it! Can be found here
Hey Flex - with the crystal removed the dial and date window don't look that different from other dials I have worked with. I tried holding the 127 crystal over top of the dial when it was un-cased and it looks much better IMO.
