Thanks, I think you are right. I can see the threadlock stuff on the stem was coming off, I was basic screwing the crown further in, shortening the stem everytime I wind it. It makes sense because the problem was getting worst and worst.
During this process, like many here, I have pressed the release too far and got myself into a keyless work problem. I think it's time to find a watchsmith.
Thanks. I followed Edge's Guide to Watch and poped the back case like you said. unfortunately, there was no lose part. Problem still unresolved. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
I had this orange PO with ETA movt for a month or so, it's a beautiful watch. Today when I tried to wind it, the watch was making a lot of noise and it was vibrating from within. Then I noticed as I wind the watch, the crown was being screwed/tighten. I un-screwed it and tried to wind it again and every time the crown get screwed back to the watch. Same thing is happening when I tried to adjust the date, I could only move the date wheel to the next day before the crown get screwed back to the watch. I can still adjust the hands.
Guys, what kind of problem do I have? And how's required to fix it.
Thanks in advance.
