  1. well, yes.. of course :)

    bump!

    I have seen people perform some of those exercises as well as those from Crossfit with poor form. Poor form will always lead to some type of injury. I agree it is best to seek the services of a competent trainer, if not for the long term, for enough time to learn what is correct for you and what isn't. Injuries while not always permanent lead to setbacks and frustration. Ask others who have had a trainer and have had results who they recommend. Thats how I get almost all my clients. I specialize in designing progrmas for people with limitations. I get a lot of referrals from PT's MD's and Chiros

  2. as a physician... not to say " i know what I am talking about..." but... can't be humble here... it works

    From a professional perspective, I see programs like these ("dodgy supplements plus high impact workouts") as having a high % of snake oil about them.

    A reputable personal trainer is the best way to achieve results IMO.

  4. I purchased this V5 sea dweller from EuroTimez a few months ago. I have worn it a few times, and it is stunning. I am shipping from Maryland, and payment via pp is fastest and safest. Movement is said to be Swiss, and it has lived on a very nice winder in my safe.

    Email mdspinedoc@gmail.com (preferred) and I will send over pictures, I am having trouble uploading them I purchased it for Just over $300 + shipping. I am asking $275, and will ship insured for free inside CONUS.

  5. I find some threads / posts interesting. I am learning in the world of reps, most people here know as much as me, or more...

    re: The lume/tritium mix. If it is tritium. it can wear out. once it is "worn out" light will not "charge" . My old tritium sights ('nuff said') don't glow now after 15 years...ever.. even if i hold a 500w light to them. If it is a mix with a "lume / chargeable" substance, anything is possible. I hope this clarifies some.

  6. I'm a noob to reps.... I'll bring info from what I know. I am a pen fanatic. I have thousand... heck, i could buy at least two or three new submariners and daytonas for what I have in just Montblanc limited editions. Here is the problem. Above 2k...they live on my desk. 1k and under, I'll carry and use... But, the ones I'll use daily...the $500 and under used purchases, ones I have rehabilitated myself... ah, these are what I love. BECAUSE a scratch...ok...character.

    apply this to reps.... get a watch, use it. if I had a 10k watch, i would not be able to watch it, wear it to work on my bike 20 miles a day... just couldn't. I can afford any of this. I've worked my rear end off .... but the thought of having a watch that i can use that is "typical" of my colleagues, but I can play with my kid with while wearing it...that is piece of mind.

    my own plug, always looking for friends, aids, people to make mods for me....

    let me know your thoughts.
