Very nice, just received mine on Monday. Mine looks just like yours. One thing for sure, mine was not a refurbished watch. I can not find any indications mine was refurbished. In fact, the crystal is "non" etched and feels and looks just like my Clark crystal I installed on my other WM9 sub. I will post pictures later in a new thread as I do not want to bogart Alergydoc's thread. I think WM9 might have gotten over his head in selling the refurbished model as was forced to send out new watches in order to make good on his orders. -Chris

It would appear from their SITE that WM9 sub now boast Super Luminova, hollow mid link bracelet and "Noob style" rounded "S" dial to replace the last years flat S design. -Chris

Diamond Dials and Bezels are not my cup of tea, sorry -Chris

Yes please show us! -Chris

Thank you JJ. This is indeed what I am trying to replicate.

Hopefully my questions makes sense. I have a noob bracelet w/ WM9 clasp on my WM9 sub. I would like to swap the end links from the WM9 bracelet as they fit the watch better than the noob's SEl's. Can this be done? Thank you in advance, -Chris

Having upgraded a few of the chinese movements to the DG4813, I know there is a date wheel overlay that must be applied in order for the dates to center on a Submariner. Is this also tru of the ETA? I was thinking of putting a 2836 into one of my subs. Chris

WM9 Z Serial Submariner (new pics)

Thanks alligoat. In regards to the crown and tube, well its a long story. In a nut shell the original one snapped at the base in the case. I bought a generic tube from eBay, but the WM9 crown would not seal flush to the case. Chris at Eurotimez was kind enough to sell me both a matching crown and tube from his new Euromariner. -Chris -
WM9 Z Serial Submariner (new pics)

Ubi, Thanks for posting great watch. This is a great watch and is why I chose the Z series from WM9 as my base for modding. My only complaint is that some of the dates (in the 20's) are too far to the left. Other than that great watch. WM9 Series with Clark crystal and gasket, gen insert, Eurotimes tube and crown, polished rehaut and Noob bracelt with WM9 clasp. Oh yea, a cold one from the Rockies as a prop! -Chris -
I'll Play !!!! My Franken WM9: 2007 Z Series Sub Gen bezel insert Noob hollow link bracelet CG's sanded Euromariner crown and tube Rehaut polished Clark replacement crystal and gasket w/out etched coronet. Great date mag All seals lubed Next, Install Noob dial when I get around to it. For now, just enjoy the watch -Chris That's dust on the outside of the crystal on the last picture.............my bad!

Anyone know where I can get a Sub/SSD minute hand?

I believe w.genzo was refering to these -Chris -
Anyone know of one? I need to get my swiss eta sub serviced. Thanks, -Chris

Thank you. I believe that the smallest tap in my set is a 3x3. I bought it at a hardware store. Thank you. Chris
-
I've tried, but I just seam to be tearing out the inner metal. The tube was already installed with the watch so who knows what they did.
-
Anyone know what the thread size is (see picture). My gen like tube snaped off flush with the case and I am going to have to drill and tap new threads. -Chris
-
Its a swiss 2836. What do you want for it?
-
Can anyone recommend a source for a date wheel for the submariner. Mine is a bit too big in the font department. -Chris
-
Ive got a Clark without the etching that I will be installing on my WM9 as soon as time allows, (no pun intended). I will let you know. -Chris
-
Very nice indeed. Looks like mine Thank you for sharing. -Chris
-
Are these correct for a modern 16610? -Chris
-
Installed a used gen insert (note scratch at 3rd tic) and sanded crown guards. The bottom one needs a little work still  [imghttp://i198.photobucket.com/albums/aa278/cschenone/DSC_0010-1.jpg] Next week "Noob" dial. - Chris
-
By-Tor, Thank you. I probably will do the dial swap down the road. You are correct about the end links. I need to play around with some different spring bars as there is a bit of slack. -Chris

My Latest Acquisition: Ok, so I was moderately skeptical regarding WM9

Or you tell them that it is a gen crystal evident by the fact that the etched coronet it all but impossible to see proof that it is a gen -Chris
