  1. Very nice, just received mine on Monday. Mine looks just like yours. One thing for sure, mine was not a refurbished watch. I can not find any indications mine was refurbished. In fact, the crystal is "non" etched and feels and looks just like my Clark crystal I installed on my other WM9 sub. I will post pictures later in a new thread as I do not want to bogart Alergydoc's thread. I think WM9 might have gotten over his head in selling the refurbished model as was forced to send out new watches in order to make good on his orders.

  2. Hopefully my questions makes sense. I have a noob bracelet w/ WM9 clasp on my WM9 sub. I would like to swap the end links from the WM9 bracelet as they fit the watch better than the noob's SEl's. Can this be done?

    Thank you in advance,

    -Chris ;)

  3. Nice watch, cschenone, and good job on the cg's.

One question, why a eurotimez crown and tube? Is it better than the WM9 crown and tube?

Thanks alligoat. In regards to the crown and tube, well its a long story. In a nut shell the original one snapped at the base in the case. I bought a generic tube from eBay, but the WM9 crown would not seal flush to the case. Chris at Eurotimez was kind enough to sell me both a matching crown and tube from his new Euromariner.

  4. Ubi,

Thanks for posting great watch. This is a great watch and is why I chose the Z series from WM9 as my base for modding. My only complaint is that some of the dates (in the 20's) are too far to the left. Other than that great watch.

WM9 Series with Clark crystal and gasket, gen insert, Eurotimes tube and crown, polished rehaut and Noob bracelt with WM9 clasp. Oh yea, a cold one from the Rockies as a prop!

    2007 Z Series Sub

    CG's sanded

    Euromariner crown and tube

    Rehaut polished

Clark replacement crystal and gasket w/out etched coronet. Great date mag

    All seals lubed

Next, Install Noob dial when I get around to it. For now, just enjoy the watch

That's dust on the outside of the crystal on the last picture.............my bad!

  6. Unless you (incorrectly) glued the tube into the case, you should be able to remove it fairly easily by wedging a small, round hobby file into the hole & then unscrewing the tube by turning the file.

I've tried, but I just seam to be tearing out the inner metal. The tube was already installed with the watch so who knows what they did.

  7. PS: The SELs don't seem to fit that well. But maybe it's just the picture?

    By-Tor,

Thank you. I probably will do the dial swap down the road. You are correct about the end links. I need to play around with some different spring bars as there is a bit of slack.

  8. I ordered an aftermarket crystal and gasket from Jules Borel for $38 and replaced it myself. It has no coronet etched on it but, for $312 difference, I could care less.

Or you tell them that it is a gen crystal evident by the fact that the etched coronet it all but impossible to see proof that it is a gen
