Can I have someone pm me Joshua's new website? I am getting ready to order a new tag.
Thanks,

Won't it be charging when it shakes about in transit?
Packages are subjected to shock and vibrations during transit, and thus, will charge the watch in the process. But the 2-3 day power-reserve your getting while the watch is sitting in the box is wonderful.

Ebay or anywhere, any suggestions on where to buy genuine lacoste polo shirts without paying full price in the U.S.?
-
Thanks for your feedback, guys. I went ahead and got the WRT54GL. The box looked sturdy and the setup was very easy

The old Airlink101 AR315W I got from FRY's less than a year ago just stopped working. I spent a couple hours trying to see what went wrong and finally came to a conclusion that I am going to need a new one. Nothing fancy, but I need something reliable and dependable. I use 802.11g. Thanks ...

Nice watch -- your husband will have a lot of enjoyment wearing it.
Can you tell us where you purchased the watch from? and what mods were done on it?
Thanks....

Congratulations ... that is a very fine watch indeed.

nice watch.
can you show a side view picture as well? i'd like to see how high the crystal seats.
Thanks,

Thanks for the responses guys. I am learning more and more each day.
Just a quick follow-up question: if I were to build a frankensub, and assuming I were able to source both the mbw sub (not the 1680) with lug holes or the twn best sub also with lug holes, which one would you choose (and why), MBW or Twn Best? Also note that I don't really have a lot of money to spend on mods, but I am willing to do most of the mods myself. The key I guess is which of these reps can take either gen or aftermarket parts with little or no mods. Thanks again...
-
I supposed if I were looking for a "classic" sub with lug holes, the only option is either mbw or twn best, is this correct? Outside of the 1680 series, can either the mbw or the twn best sub with lug holes still be purchased? I remember reading that mbw's out of the box are not too accurate and the twn best are now out of production.
Thanks again.

Does anybody know if the gen of the rep being sold as Joshua's classic sub has lug holes? I am not sure how modern the watch is, but the word "classic" is telling me that this model might actually have the lug holes?

Did they actually get the orange the exact correct color on the last version?
Orange PO for the sportier look. If I need to wear something a little more classy, I can always count on my sub.

Price for watch with SS bracelet only: 245 USD
Paypal and shipped anywhere on planet earth. SS available by January 20th.
Please check below and in first post list of people having confirmed they want to join the GB.
In order to allow other people joining the group and having got some comments about the short time this GB is "on air" I will wait until tomorrow Monday 8th at 20:00 hours CTE (GMT +1) to send the list to King. Procedure will be as follows (unless there should be a last minute change for unavoidable reasons):
1- I will send list of participants to King, with your nickname and forum.
2- You will have to pay by paypal to King stating in paypal description:
- Group Buy
- Nickname & Forum name
- Item: Depending what you want:
THC: for standard watch with rubber strap
THCC + SS: for standard watch with rubber strap + SS bracelet
THCC-SS only: for watch with SS bracelet only (no rubber band at all).
3- You make the payment and then... wait for the watch.
It is very important we don't delay payment so the operation can be done smoothly. King will not start delivering until all payments have been done to ensure the minimum amount of 10 people to keep the price. So it's up to you keep this operation in healthy status. What may happen if payments not done (or completed up to a minimum of 10)? King will let you choose standard price and watch will be shipped on individual basis or you can ask for a refund.
Tomorrow I will post the paypal address and the final list sent to King so you can start paying.
Please, if you don not agree with these requisites, feel free to leave the GB. Don't want to sound rude, just to advise that there's no possibility to customize individually buying and payment rules. I'm sure you understand.
Thanks to all of you.

Great looking watch. Congratulations.
-
Which means if I were to buy a gen, I'd go for the SD ...
-
I have a gen modern sub, a vintage sub rep, and Josh's perfect sd rep ..
Between them, the SD gets the most wrist time.

Not working for me as well. Maybe the promo just ended?

I love OMEGAS, and this is definitely one of my favorites. Nice pics, too.
-
Purely fantasy.

Yeah - I was at an AD about a month ago when I saw and tried it. It definitely is a nice watch. I didn't realize it's 38mm.. I thought it's a little bigger than that. But it is still a nice watch, nevertheless.
-
I like happy ending.
Arthur, do send us some pics when the mods are done. I hope you continue to enjoy this hobby and the watch. I also wish you best of health.
Cheers and have a great weekend.
