  1. Thanks a million guys, I have just confirmed the order, so should hopefully have the baby in a few days!

    Is the gold same quality as the one I reviewed here?

    I guess so BT, I paid for the highest gold option anyway (an extra $75 IIRC) so hopefully all will be good!

    I'll give y'all a shout when she lands.

    Thanks once again,

    Bezz.

  2. Hi guys,

    Well, after a bit of a roller coaster ride with Eurotimez, we are now finally at QC/photo's stage.

    Problem is, it's been on order a while and I have almost forgotten what to look for?!

    Is it possible I could have some opinions before I hit the 'ACCEPT' button please?

    In particular, I think the dial looks like it has 'Maxi' markers on, when I'm sure it shouldn't, and I'm not sure how good the pearl is...

    Please take a peek and let me know what you think;

    Order number 1000

    Thanks all,

    Bezz.

    p.s. it is obviously a 16613 TT Noob, I paid extra for the better quality solid 14k bracelet

  3. Hi guys,

    Please can anyone help?

    I have a TT Noob on order with ET, but progress is slow, so to help the time pass I decided to look for a rep locally.

    I have just bought this, very inexpensively IMO - what does anyone think;

    Problem is, the thread that the crown screws onto (unsure of the correct term, sorry) is broken off and stuck into the crown itself;

    And also, the pearl is missing.

    I have another case (see below) which has a good thread and an okay pearl, and I wonder if anyone thinks a transplant may be possible - even better, is there anyone in the UK that could perhaps carry out the repairs?

    Any help/advice would be gratefully received.

    My other option would be to sell this to someone who can be repair it for themselves, again, please get in touch if interested.

    Thanks and regards,

    E.

    p.s. the watch appears to run very nice

  4. Huge thanks BT, this review was brilliant (as are all of yours I have read so far), and it helped me to order my new watch.

    Just two things if I may;

    Firstly, has anyone else noticed that reps never seem to get the very distinctive '4' (of 40) on the bezel correct? It's one of the first things I look for when 'fake spotting', and even though this Noobmariner is brilliant, it fails on that IMO.

    Secondly, I have just ordered my TT Noob (ETA mvmt model and I have paid for the 14k wrap upgrade) from ETZ, and look forward to receiving it soon. It is a slightly updated model to the one in the review in that it has the engraved rehaut (or at least I hope it's engraved...here is a link to it http://www.eurotimez88.com/product_info.php?cPath=87_154&products_id=2386&osCsid=f2eb72ce2b52e155565d718e3123d67d )

    Would you guys say it is the same (and therefore as impressive) as the watch in this review? Or can anyone ruin my day and advise any shortcomings?

    Hope not!

    Thanks for reading, and thanks again for the review BT.

    Ezz.

  5. Thanks again everybody, I have now had a reply from Neo so we are making progress!

    Arthur, I loved your comment about 'getting in touch with his feminine side', quality! :)

    I'll keep you updated, but it certainly seems that sending Helina a PM was a great move - hope this may help others in a similar situation in the future (and thanks Helina for speaking to Neo)

    Have a great day all,

    Ezz.

  6. Hi Arthur, and many thanks for taking the time to reply.

    I appreciate the links you included, however I had actually already read the information, visited WM9 etc., as I said, I tried to solve my situation without disturbing anyone - thanks again though.

    I will try the PM route as my emails don't seem to be getting a response, the reason I hadn't PM'd was because Chris specifically asked for no PM's in a post of his that I read :(

    Huge thanks again, I'll be sure to let you know how I get on.

    Best regards,

    Ezz.

  7. Hi guys,

    Hope you are all well.

    This is my first post, however I read the 'unwritten rules' and did some searching and researching on here (great forum btw!) rather than just blasting in with the daft questions...please can I describe my predicament and maybe ask for some assistance?

    Basically, I had up until very recently a gen 16613 blue TT Sub which I cherished - unfortunately due to what us Brit's describe as the 'Credit Crunch', I'm afraid I had to let her go :(

    So, in order to ease my pain a little, I decided I need to buy a very good (but affordable) rep, until such times as things get better and I can afford to buy another gen.

    After doing my research here, it seemed that buying a Noobmariner from Eurotimez was probably the best solution (if anyone can advise differently PLEASE do so), but I can't get any response from them at all - do I need to use a Ouija board or something!?

    Seriously, does anyone know why I may be getting no response, or can anyone recommend another source for this watch (or maybe a TT Euromariner - this one looks great but Eurotimez don't seem to offer it anymore..?)

    Thanks in advance guys,

    Ezz.

    p.s. Please can I take this opportunity to thank BT for his great reviews - a huge help

    p.p.s. I am based in the UK if that wasn't obvious - this I know can influence which 'collector' I should buy from
