  1. Fixed it guys...

My movement had shifted ever so slightly so obviously the hole wasn't lining up correctly...

I just want to say, those of you f**king up the keyless works by over pressing the button must be really heavy handed, as i absolutely crushed the button with the tip of a screwdriver and mine didn't mess up. I guess I'm lucky hey!

    Thanks for the replies

    Kind Regards

  2. Hi there, I removed the crown on my timewalker using the push button (obviously)... the crown was in winding position when i removed it. And now for some reason I can't get it back in at all.

I've done some searching regarding the keyless works but can only find people complaining of the stem/crown not locking into position once reinserted. Where as, I can not re-insert it at all as if there is something constantly in the way.

My push button is still functioning as i can feel a bit of give and release when i press it. I look into the stem hole when i push it and do see some sort of movement.

    Any ideas?

    Kind Regards

  3. Just after I received that one with the hood, I was getting dressed to go out and said to one of my housemates "hey, like my new jacket?" she paused for literally about 10 seconds while staring at me, then said "you look fcking awesome".

I said "thanks, thats what i was going for". ;)

Only downside is that those cuffs make it hard to show off a watch.

Well it's quite the trend to pull the sleeves up to just below your elbows with a skinny leather jacket these days mate... and the stretchy cuffs will help them stay there, and you can then show off your watch!

I'm going to order the one with the brown one with the hood but contact them to ditch the hood and give me a stiff high collar on it instead.

  4. Hey there, i've had an a7750 in bits and I can't work out where the last few pieces go... is there a guide online or any detailed pictures of these parts? (the seconds are at 9 btw)

I'm pretty certain of where all the parts go apart from the spring (part F)

I just need help with the last few steps...

    Kind Regards

  5. All I can suggest is find a popular celebrity on tv etc. that you like the style of, that you think will suit you. And by that I don't mean find a celeb you wished you could look like :D...

Google some pictures of them, and then have a look on www.asos.com for the same styles and shapes of clothes. I'm 23, so take my advice over the rest of the old fogeys in here hahaha!

Also if you go in to some clothes stores they have stylists who can go over what they think will suit you, they'll let you try clothes on whilst you have a beer or two and they discuss different styles. The same goes with hairdressers, especially Toni & Guy will have a look at you in your new clothes to find a hairstyle that will suit you. Or you could do it the other way round, ie. find a new hairstyle and choose clothes based around that.

Also look at bands you like and see what they all wear if you like any of their styles.

And finally, the kind of girls you want in your bed.... what type of guys do they like and usually go for? Dress like them. :D

  6. I'm just about to get my first PAM 176H and wondering which length strap i'll need to get for a wrist as small as mine? And can anybody recommend somebody that makes them in whichever size I need?

I've been looking at the Heroic straps but I'm pretty certain they are way too long for me : (

I don't mind having a huge watch on my wrist and quite a thick strap, it's just the length I'm worried about.

    Kind Regards

  7. I'm just curious as to how smooth an A7750 movement should run? I've not had it serviced or anything and I can see judders in the movement if I look closely. Is that the case with a real swiss movement aswell or is that completely smooth? should mine be completely smooth?

The watch it's on is a chrono with seconds at 9.. i can see slight judder/delay in the second hand and the chrono hand judders aswell when i run it.

If this is just part of the characteristics of an A7750.. which movement should i think about getting in my next replica to avoid this?

    Kind Regards

  8. You mean you had a 202A dial that was slightly tarnished? I'll PM FGD now actually and ask him.

I'm hoping to just speak to and send a case set, movement, hands and dial to The Zigmeister and it come back all done for me! :D I'm just having trouble locating Zig's website, is it possible you could PM it to me?

The caseset that is being shipped to you at the moment, is that available or are you using it for your own projects?

    Regards

    Dan
