It worked! I got a very small nail and a piece of wood with a hole in it. I tapped it out 3mm and could pull it out by hand after that. Thanks again for pointing me out how it worked!

Ah I understand now. I looked up some posts and see how the pins work. I have to hit from the side that is not split. And I saw some 5 pound removal tools on ebay. Thanks!

I just received my first rep and I have a hard time adjusting the strap. Are these screws or am I supposed to hammer them out with a nail? Thanks.
