  1. Nikon uses good lenses. You need to work on the settings though or the lighting. (always friendly :) )   Some old pictures from my Nikon also.. your watch definitely looks more original    http://s85.beta.photobucket.com/user/watches-photogallery/library/MBW%20ALBUM/1680%20Red%20Letter   dont know if you can see the pics. Well, the watch is great and so are some of your pics! I would recommend that you use a tripod! It's one of the best tips I've learned from this community: tripod and delay... You will have 100% of your photos clear  B)
    Thanks :)
  2. My brother gave me a very inexpensive Nikon Coolpix L105. Definitely a beginner camera, but it works decent.  Thanks.

'hey guys, the shop is called M.T.Watch. The owner is the wife of a man died 2 years ago (maybe he was george, i'm just assuming). The shop location is: Room 3c MBK Center 3 Fl. Zone C (will go there again snd take a picture of it and will post it).

the woman (her name is May) told me the the shop at the ground floor (Nah Piek) is owned by a relative of her ex husband. I checked this shop before because everyone recommanded it. But the truth is that this shop sucks imo. A very unfriendy shop owner with little to zero watches (overpriced nautilus and subs). If you want to see further "good stuff" you have to order and make a deposit....

the other shop however is great! Plenty of top quality reps! The price May gave me for the diver v3 was 11.000 baht which is 275 eur

many thanks guys for your help and input :-)

i wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year!"

This guy indeed died from cancer 2 years ago.. he was making the so called "MBW' s".

I used to buy them from Maria best Watch and selling them.. I'm still alive  B)

    The quality is good.

If i manage to take it back from my friend i might post some pics on Thursday :-)

  5. .. what is tc ? (Sorry for my ignorance ... I was away for a long time :) ) Update 2 : " he is form Taiwan but lives in China. Yes, hes xxxxx !!! Hes watches also from China, is not mean hes watch not good, but always tell customer watch is eta movement but sell china low quality movement to customer, many hes Taiwan customer ask me and my brother fix watches from him.." from my Note II using Tapatalk

  6. I asked an old dealer from Taiwan if he knows him.. we shall soon know. The same dealer told me some days ago that only some specific rolex reps are still made in TW and some 1:1 Rolex cases.. all other common reps are made in China.. Update. Here is his answer : " Hi George, Yes, he is xxxx, he make many Taiwan can't sell in Taiwan Yahoo, also he is big liar." from my Note II using Tapatalk

  7. Hi George, welcome back!

I acquired an MBW vintage Sub from you about 8 years ago. How are you?

And, my curiosity is getting the better of me - what is maria up to these days?

mbw still make watch "favors" to personal friends only.. and also runs some other business.

Do you still have the watch ? What's your favorite these days ? :-)

    Again nice to see you!
