The biggest difference is the color of the dial but it's a really nice rep anyway.

I've asked Angus from Puretime for a good rep of the 300SLR and they made it.

It's a very good rep, I have it....But since 2 weeks, I also have the gen. And I will try to find the time to make some good pics to compare both.

I've asked Angus from Puretime for a good rep of the Space-X, the same maker than the 300 SLR is working on it since few months.

So you have the choice. You can wait or you can go with the 300 SLR. But the best is to take both

Logo should be silver printed, not a relief logo.

I have both, and what you say is totally true. Rep box are not accurate.

Very nice watch. This is a very good replica and very accurate, not perfect, but accurate.

 

If your box is a replica box then I can assure you there is a very big difference between it and the box that a Genuine TAG Heuer comes in, I didn't notice until I bought my carrera and it was immediately evident that the replica box is not as good.

 

Either way, enjoy your new timepiece and wear it in good health!

Looks better on the video

The date window is squared on the rep where the gen has slightly rounded corners.

Apart from that and the date font, looks lovely.

As you can see on the gen below, the gen have squared date window. It's the prototype that have rounded corners ;-)

Very nice watch. If the Carrera 1887 does not exist, this is the one that I would have bought.

Angus from Puretime reported the problem with the Datefont, and the maker will, perhaps, change it.

Rep of the 1887 sucks.

No good rep for now...So must buy a gen 

As a chronograph guy this has always been my absolute favorite watch, it's just a little pricey. For half of the money, I have put the Carrera Calibre 1887 at the top of my list and I think a nice franken of this stunning beauty will have to do for me, I just love this watch!

I know the problem with the movement issue and already send a message to a watchesmith which is called Domi.
Probably you know him here.
I've read that he can fix it with a new modd and servicing.
Could be a good idea, isn't it ?
