both of them do not bother me by any means, unless you take a camera for close-up photography nobody can identify them. For me these texts are neither thin nor thick. tomorrow I will add wrist shot for you, then you say how it is...

pearl is simply flat, I'm not planning to replace it with dome type. (another shot for this also)

Bravoecho, while i love your pics of the DSSD, does the thicker OGEV and RLS text bother you much? When I look at trevors pics (and even yours), the thickness is noticeable. Does it look thinner in person, or are the pics a pretty accurate representation? Also, how noticeable is the flatter pearl in person?

I agree with you on the datewheel, etc - I'm strongly considering trevors watch based on your rec, but the OGEV flaw seems like an easy tell given the size and prominence.

All are also perfect with Trevor's DSSSD (at least mine) he is not selling factory rep, there are many out there and far away from being a proper V5.

I'm totally agree about BK quality and already explained why it does not worth for extra 120$+shipping.

BK's DSSD has his custom datewheel, correctly aligned rehaut - coronet aligns up with the 12 o'clock - great lume.

It's so much more than just a factory rep.

Hi, BK and Joshua asking for more and answer is simple: each of them is a brand in replica world(or you say cartel). I know BK DSSD and does not worth for extra 120$+shipping for only domed pearl (trevor's pearl is almost flat)

There is no significant differences between those 3 seller and I do not see any reason to pay more(this is my 0.02$) Trevor has A+++ communication, no issues at all from beginning to delivery.

My suggestion: check both watches from OWNER REVIEWS. If you can find something significant which will be worth to pay extra $$$ let me know also

Hey- I noticed you linked the Trevor Time version of this watch. I'm looking into buying a watch from Joshua, and I love this watch but Josh is selling it for over a hundred dollars more (for a V5 ultimate) than Trevor. Id there any reason for this? Is Joshua's watch superior in any way, or is it the same? The reason I have to go with Joshua on this is because he's including a lot of free replacement parts for some reps that I ordered from him in the past

Have you never tilted a watch with SS hands in the light?

If you look carefully to the hands of watch in first photos you will notice that color is black, not silver, and SEL have gaps.

But in second photos hands are silver and SELs are still not OK in my opinion... That's why I mentioned it is always hard to decide with 2 photos...

Actually docdoc is right, sometimes Trevor does send you photos of earlier deliveries which he sent to other customers and may be you are going to get something better or worse. During my deal also I've noticed this issue, when I checked file detail of photos I found that they have been shot on 20.03.2009!!! but I did not talk to him about this, instead I raised my concerns regarding flaws of watch and I received another one.

I'm absolutely happy with my watch, but he did not send me any photo after 2nd QC inspection, I got it fully under his jurisdiction, anyhow result is OK.

What is my suggestion: Give him a specific date and time adjustment, like day: 21 and time: 15:38 so you will make sure that WYSIWYG

Here is my dillema. The watch in the link you posted is the EXACT watch I ordered from that same dealer but with Swiss movement. Why do you think it's not the Ultimate model. More pictures below.

Actually it is always hard to judge watches with only two photos. But for that you are looking for I strongly advise to leave it

- Hands are completely wrong

- SEL have gaps (top & bottom)

These are obvious to everybody and if your budget fits go for THIS DSSD V5 ULTIMATE

This is the V3 the dial is improved .. the logo on the side of the case is toned down.. although I'd like to remove the silver from it altogether...the AR was improved but this has a chiefs ar crystal attached.
