How long does it normally take a deposit to clear in paypal?

I don't think it's loose hands. The chrono function works no prob so I would think if that is attached properly the underlying hands would be as well.

Just got a PO Chrono 45.5 in the mail yesterday and I'm bummed. The watch looks great and everything works on it except the hour and minute hand. They can be moved with the crown but it's hit or miss if they will start moving. If they do, they don't keep accurate time. Also the slightest tap on the case will move the hands.

Is this repairable?
