I got 6152/1, built from a vintagized cartell fiddy case.
And I was just wondering, can I put a Okabum CG on that case?
BTW; the damn "vintage-pana-style-virus" has bitten me baaaaaad...!

Hi
I started the thread here because he has some good looking PAM-parts on his site and I was just
wondering if he was known to the members here. It was not my intention to promote him or make trouble...
But he doesn't strike me as the "normal" scam dealer, if you know what I mean...
Anyway, nice to hear PeteM has dealt with him. Do you remember his ebay-nick?
I have sent Mr. melidian a mail - let's see if he replies
hmm.. let's copy my reply to your post as also posted in the same Repgeek thread:
Brother it is not only etiquette..
It is the safest and best way to get a replica. Yes, you might find it somewhere else a couple of usd cheaper mayby, but you don't know what you get. And with reps, service and warranty are very important. Often quality issues with reps and dropshipping..
So better stick to the trusted dealers.
Not sure why this thread is started in the Panerai sections though...

I dont know if this helps, but anyway...
Here are som cool weathering techniques from the world of armor modeling.

Are you looking at your watch while kissing her...
Congrats and lykke til!!!!

Thanks for the tip W!
The only challenge is that there aren't that many small shops around. It's all shopping malls now
But I know one, I could give him a go - worst case he will just say no...(or beat me with his walking stick)

I got myself a 300 and it's too sparkling new for my taste, so I will try to bring some tear&wear to it.
But; When I was to about unscrew the two screws holding the movement I came across a problem.
I can't get the screws out... They are under the case ring. Any ideas???
Thanks for looking!

I picked up a MM094 from jackson with no problem. I have used it for some time now and it runs like - a watch...
I got a green Nato strap for it from the bay, and that made it for me. Can hardly take it of again.
(BTW; a Nato strap is perfect for summer...!)
Here it is, shot with hipstamatic for iPhone
I am going to order a MM184 one of theese days after I saw this;

Hi there!
I had no idea what a treasure chest I stumbled upon when I came here some weeks ago.
I have a strong feeling my small collection will grow in the times to come
I have been reading and trying to learn the "codes" here - there are some pretty skilled watch people here!
It will be very interesting to learn and... well, trade...
This one was the first to arrive. Shot with hipstamatic for iPhone
