I have to remove this screw first somehow.  There isnt enough of an edge to grab with pliers or even a nail clipper and the head will not hold a screwdriver

Hi guys,
I removed the strap on my AP Diver v3 to put on the bracelet then decided against. When i tried to put the strap back on it was a NIGHTMARE!!
I used the same screws in the same lugs but they just wouldnt go in. Anyway, I got 3 to fit in the end but i really messed up this last screw and the casing.
I can order new screws in but i cannot remove this one, its jammed in and the head is stripped.
What can I do? Can I send it to someone who can help?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
