I need a small second hand that's ether gen or longer then the one in the picture anyone have any ideas?

I'm wanting a high beat 177m.
In the info it states high beat 21600bph, but doesn't it look like a low beat?
Isn't the balance wheel normally smaller for high beat, and low beats have a big balance wheel?

They say high beat but don't look like it to me anyone confirm. Actually they look like the old H-factory versions.
