When i say unbalanced the hand doesn't sit flat it rests on the actual insert so wouldn't work

Hi All, My first post over here i'm a long time member and user of RWI but I dont seem to be getting much help overe there so I wonder if you guys can help. I've got an A7750 movement which needs replacing on my tag, however, i've noticed after taking the movement out the Chrono hand is unbalanced on the face of the watch and don't quite understand why. The hand also comes of with ease... if someone could explain i'd be very greatful, i'd provide photos but it seems I cannot post pictures yet. Thanks in advance Frazer
