I am trying to get my hands on a couple bottles of Pliny the Elder beer, its not available in Chicago land where I am located. Anyone out there that may be able to help me out?

My J12 is running 5 minutes slow each month; anything I can do about this?
-
I have currently broken 3 tools trying to get to resize a J12; am i doing something wrong? I should the tool be on the flat side or the nippled side? The arrow from the bracelet indicated pushing from the flat side

E-mail Andrew. He has a BCE that is on a leather band with a gold plated deployment. I am sure he can sell you just the strap

I only order from trusty time; customer service is outstanding shipping is very quick and the watches are always top rate. What I've found is that In this racket you get what you pay for.

+1 on the BCE

I picked up a v3 BCE and noticed right away that it was losing around 2 minutes over night
but after wearing it all day, it stayed 2 minutes slow throughout the day....
so what gives; I know when you time a watch you do it in various positions, but could that cause this level of variability? I'm not all that concerned with it being that far off I'll end up getting it serviced at some point
Anyone ever have this problem?

are they "mildly bumpy in shape"?

thanks for the info. Any thoughts on gemstones? I am looking at getting a sapphire pendant perhaps

Where do you find the online Groupon deals (for the future I mean, I can follow the link)? I can only seem to get my local deals
-
Yeah, that's a pretty solid deal. May need to jump on it

I am looking to get a strand of pearls for my gal for Christmas, nothing very expensive - it won't be worn very often
Anyone know of a good source; otherwise I will just pick something off of eBay
-
Nevermind... just ordered them

Wow - givin out the secret to your signature scent... I'm honored
I'll definitely give it a run the next time im out shopping

Well I broke down and purchased GIT from Fragrance.net
There is not a doubt in my mind that my old bottle is a replica. The old scent is a bit more sour with some vinegar notes, also, the bottle itself (especially the atomizer) isn't of the same quality.
Also, the Fragrance.net experience was a good one

100 year guarantee?? That's absurd. I do really like those wallets though
-
Those are pretty cool, not a wallet, but cool

I've decided to purchase my friend a new wallet, just because his is falling apart. I would love to get a Bally from Bergie, but I am not planning on dropping $80 on the guy.
Are there any decent wallets in the $30-40 range? Leather bifolds and I would prefer to not order something from outside the CONUS

...well that and my grandfather never gave me anything but his genetics

I saw that, not a huge fab though. Certainly the small gold case on brown leather is in. Im thinking vintage rolex
-
I've got my eye on a 253, so I don't need to be dropping a bunch of money and some gal I hardly know
I am 28 and I basically know what I am going to wear, just making conversation. Curious if anyone picked up some style cues they will be rocking this fall...
max - we are meeting at 9am, so it might be a bit optimistic, but I'll bring protection just in case: good looking out lol

So, first date. We have a citywide art fair here, so we are walking around outside for a few hours.
Should be right around 70° F and sunny.... so im probably going to wear some casual jeans and brown boots. Any thoughts? I've been thinking about picking up a plaid vest but I can't find one (fall not suit).
Definitely going casual, kinda eddie bauer I guess....
Pics help, anyone know where I can get a plaid vest?

I am located in Chicago, thus it isn't possible for me to get my hands on this IPA; I am trying to get some for a co-worker who moved from California. Anyone in the region that might be able to procure a few bottles for me? I would gladly pay a premium or trade for some local beers unavailable outside Chicagoland. The brewery is Russian River Brewing.
Cheers
