Hi RWG!
Been looking at Omegas, Rolexes, and so many reps. I had never even heard of IWC till I found this forum. Then I saw an IWC GST Titanium Chrono with a black face and white hands. Wow, that is HAWT!!!
The problem seems to be it is out of production. I have started contacting trusted dealers and have already heard back from 1, who said it's out of production (but it's still listed on his website?). Hoping to source one from a dealer, but private party sale is good too.
Does anyone know of a dealer who still has these? Or is anyone interested in selling theirs?
Thank you for your time and expertise.

Get the one with the right date font at least!
That was the reason I was trying to figure out what version I had.
But the date wheel replacements should all be the same for a A7750 movement right?

I think it's a v1 also. The bezel has 60 clicks per rotation, correct?
Yep, 60 clicks. Does the V2 have 120?
Thanks for your time.

I bought a DSSD with an Asian movement from WBK. Good call on getting one! The watch itself is smoking hot compared to the sub. Definitely substantial but can be worn nicely on even a smaller wrist.
WBK is an excellent seller, but the one I got has some Quality Control issues. The face has dust under the crystal, visible smudges on the inner bezel, and a slightly uneven HE valve. WBK is working with me on it, but if you don't want to deal with possibly bad QC go to a seller who pre-mods them like BK.

Hi- I bought this from WBK and would like to know what version this might be. It has the A7750 movement. I asked WBK which version it was, but he didn't know. I thought it might be a V2, but I'm starting to wonder if it's a V1.
Thanks.

I can't imagine Breitling making a watch with a quartz movement. Cartier and Hermes do it, and seem to do it well, but not Breitling. There's no doubt that in some instances a quartz movement is beneficial, like in a Brequet or Patek rep with no second hand. But, IMHO, it's best to stick with automatic or hand-wound movements...even for reps. The Asian 7750 is one of the best movements available, almost equal to an ETA movement.
Yes they make quartz watches. Funny thing, the only breitlings I've ever seen worn by actual pilots were quartz.

Hi - Just wondering if you might be able to help me find a datewheel for a BCE v2?
Thank you for your time.

I'm working on having some printed right now. They've been at the printer for the past 2 weeks, so I hope to have them back soon. I'll add you to the list if you'd like (I'm only having a few made).
I have a BCE v2 (I think) with an A7750 datewheel. Would the date overlay you are getting work for the BCE?
If so I would really appreciate getting one as well. Please let me know if that is a possibility.
Thanks

Thank you for this fantastic review. It's years later, but I just bought a BCE and it appears to be the V2 with the wrong date font. Great watch but if it weren't for this review I would have no idea what version it was.

I literally posted a for sale thread on Repgeek for bezel rider tabs like 10 minutes ago. I have to re-upgrade to VIP here so I didn't post it on RWG yet. I'll PM you a link to the pictures.

Hi All,
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this request, I am new to the rep world.
I purchased a Chronomat Evolution from wackobirdkeeper in the repgeek forum. I think it's a version 4, it's very nice but the bezel markers vary in size and the 45 marker is not centered. So I am looking to find replacements as the bezel allows me to remove and replace just the markers.
Any info would be helpful.
Thank you.
Danny

Well Hello to this old post! Hi Pugwash, I know it's foolish to ask, but do you still have this great rep? And would anything make you part with it?
Thank you for your time.
