  1. Help

I need to have my submariner date(GREEN BEZEL)looked at and sorted. The problems are:

    1. Date does not appear in the centre of the window.

    2. The crown winder has a problem laching onto the screw threads and when it does it sometimes causes the watch movement to stop.

When it is going its not a bad time keeper its just that I cannot trust it after resetting the time or date.

Are there any UK or English speaking repair agents I can send it too - without the risk of the watch being destroyed.

    Many thanks

    Gordon

  2. When you glue it in, use enough to hold it but not so much that it leaks into the bezel innards. Then you'll be removing the bezel to clean out the dried glue, a pretty simple job.

Thanks for the information - do I need a special glue or will "super glue" work.

You will see from my previous - the postage costs from the USA are rather steep - do you know of any EU or UK suupliers of the bezel dot??

    Many thanks

    Gordon

  3. HELP

I recentley purchased a late model green bezel submariner from Josh. I noticed today that the top "DOT" on the green bezel has gone walk about.

Can any member tell me who can supply me with a new dot so I can glue it in - hopefully without removing the bezel.

    Thanks guys.

    Gordon

  4. Hi Guys

I have top end Joshua Rolex Submariner LV which I am now having second thoughts about - I love the maxi dial but not the green bezel.

Is it possible to change the bezel or insert for a black one?

If so how would a novice like me do it without damaging the watch and where would be the best place to buy the bits?

    Thanks

  5. Hi Guys

I have read through a number of threads but would still like to hear some of your views on swimming in a rep Rolex.

I have just purchased a Rolex LV from Joshua (RLSS00078LV) which is stated as waterproof to 100m-would I be wise to go swimming in it???.

I would be unable to strip the watch down if water started to leak in.

    Looking for sound advice.

    Regards

  6. Hi Guys

Being new to the replica market I would like to pick up on comments I have found on my travels.

What is the best way to ease a NEW watch braclet and what is is meant by oiling it etc. How would those in the know condition a new oyster strap?

I look forward to hearing from the forum experts.

    Best Regards
