Nothing? Views but no suggestions?

I have a 222 that I got from Joshua about a month ago and have really enjoyed the watch. I'm learning alot more about reps from the board and there is alot to absorb. Today my power reserve stopped working. The watch still winds and works but even with manual winding it the reserve needle doesn't move This watch has a 21J movement, per his website, and now I'm kind of at a loss for whats next. I know some people say to have the watches serviced but I have no idea where to go or who to go to for this. HELP?????
