Hi everyone,

When winding my PAM510 this week, I noticed a rattling sound inside.  When I removed the caseback, I discovered that the faux plate covering the movement is loose.  I cannot determine how it is attached, however, it appears to be secured in the middle and wobbling or tilting, if that makes any sense.  In other words, I can push down on the plate at the balance wheel and it moves downwards.  I have tried removing it by prying it off, however, I was unable to and I do not want to damage the movement.  

I could take it to a watch repair shop, however, I am not sure they will know how to repair it since it is a faux plate cover.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Any news on when the KW PAM510 V2 will be released?

it is the new 9000 movement.  Perhaps a 7750 with a faceplate?

I put on my KW PAM312 O on the other day and it was dead.  The crown and rotor turns and I have tried banging it against my palm to try to jump start it, however, I cannot get it to work.

Do any members have any suggestions before I take it into a watch repair shop?

I am certainly not an expert, however, the inside of the CG does not look very square to me...

BTW, I was pleasantly surprised when the QC pics arrived and the 510 was wearing a calf leather strap, like the gen!

Have any fellow members seen the new KW PAM510 in person?  To me, it looks sweet and I just ordered one...
