I would never dive with a rep. Get a Seiko Monster for $150 and dive with that,clank it on your tanks and the boat without worry and use your rep for the restaurant and bar after the dive. Waterproof is NOT pressure proof, you will learn that in dive class.

I had the Gen GMT master II but had to sell it two years ago to keep my business afloat during this crappy economy. I miss it! Yours has convinced me to buy a rep of the same watch. Nice one and thanks!

Wow, good info here. Did not know the case had so many parts. I was going to mod one of these eventually but I am now afraid!
