Would at least like to re case my watch, as I love the dial. Even wondering if I buy a seiko automatic, can I put the dial from this watch into it? Also anyone know how to remove the stem?

Hello Guys, Bought a Seiko SKX781K1 "orange monster" from ebay, I know what I am about to say is me being fussy / an*l, but I have noticed the bezel doesn't line up exactly with the markings inside the watch. Is this sort of thing adjustable or covered under a warranty? I am in Melbourne Australia, any info / suggestions would be great. Thanks Daniel
