My last piece who was not in my PP family last night. He usually stays at the safe deposited box -
Quartz is fine most don't hmm , you remember your source?
I got most of the mechanical watches from Puretime but quartz watches are from random vendors or china trip. The PP5524G was reserved to another buyer from the forum already.

That looks like gen

It's not the gen although I ordered one. There are only a limited number being sold for 5524GThat is surely a lot of Pateks, very nice. I am unfamiliar with the GMT on the brown strap which model is that maybe I will pick one up?
It's the PP5524G released at the Basal 2015. Not a common style of PP as it's a pilot watch.
The rep is a quartz version but most sellers don't sell them anymore -

I have seen this one last week, thinking about to order one...keen on the white dial, but the grey in the gen seems darker than on the rep....I also like the dark version...would you mind to post some more pics from the front and the back?
Sure it's much appreciated!

I like the gen Pam better.
They fit in different occasions

Whoa!!! What is that?
Gen ceramic 10 day, never run out of the battery

The watch is beautiful.... But I can't stand quartz watches...
In terms of fascination it is like to compare a "perfect but cold" Mercedes hybrid with a 275 GTB:
Agree! Was like that but now I'm slowly moving away to the practical side of rep. Mechanical rep has a high failing rate and it's very difficult to manage 50 mechanical rep all the time
My strategy is now Gen watch and rep Quartz. Gen for collection and self-fulfillment, rep for dress and daily wear

After buying rep for over 15 years (my first Pam was from Eddy and second rep is AP Nick Faldo series), I'm now into high end Quartz watch and gen watches. Most of the brothers here understand the low maintenance of Quartz.
Today I like to share a rare piece I found in China that's high end Quartz and reliable VC. Enjoy...
