  1. As everyone will say, you pay for what you get. If you're buying $88 dollar watches you have to realize that they are not usually accurate or have all the nice features and stuff that the more expensive ones have. Then again, if you're a student or something it won't really matter, but if you're a professional or something you might want to worry about being called out perhaps.
  2. And Andrew sells the same one as Josh?
  3. Time to try a cool photo of a great watch..
  4. Parcelforce? Sounds like some mail delivering commando swat team...
  5. It looks excellent. I wish I was more of a gold guy.. some of those TT watches look great..
  6. It's great when you have good workers that want to help build the country and do good for themselves and their families, but it's just that what you tend to see a lot of is that a lot of people are now expecting to live the dream without the hard work or playing by the rules. When people start wanting to live way beyond their means that's when the trouble starts. When you make used Hyundai money and you need to have a BMW that's when the trouble starts. It's not that people have a problem with immigrants and immigration, it's that there is a problem with certain ones. Some people are here to make a better life, and some people just expect a better life to be handed to them.
  7. Is the BTR still available? That was a sexy watch.. Probably didn't get the love it deserved..
  8. You ever go up north? Sometimes it's great to get away.
  9. It's funny to see. On CNN they showed this lady that was an illegal Mexican, and she bought this $750,000 house for 0$ down and when she got the first mortgage bill she couldn't pay it and she was upset about it and blamed the bank for letting her buy a house she couldn't afford. Nothing but shits and giggles the whole show.
  10. sometimes it's not even the money.. I remember living places where random people would say good morning to you, or strike up a conversation, everyone got to know each other. You even ended up knowing your neighbors. I can't really say that here.. when you're right behind someone they won't even hold the door. It's a great 'only I matter' mentality, and if you're a little beyond that it's a miracle...
  11. I can't really feel sorry for people when their house falls off a cliff..
  12. No. I hate Toronto, and it's not the work. It's the commute to work and back, it's the cost of living vs income, it's a lot of things. At the end of the day when you are waking up 3 hours before you start work so that you can commute it sucks, when you go to the store to get a carton of milk and you are stuck in traffic for 30 mins to get 1km away, and then have to wait in line another 30 minutes to pay, it just gets tedious. Sometimes it's nice to get away and have a vacation... Funny enough mentioning living on a beach though, I have had a chance to live on the islands, but more of a first world thing with lots of money and it was pretty nice and relaxing even with some work mixed in. Out of the many places I have lived and visited, Toronto is definitely bleh. It's all about the quality of life.. You sounds like you live in Toronto though..
  13. This is one of my favorite watches.. even when i'm wearing my own i love to see pictures of them..
  14. Toronto sucks though. Unless you are holding a million plus in net assets it sucks. it's work and sleep. you need to be able to go up north and spend the whole summer doing nothing..
  15. i need a good band for one of these watches... just not one worth more than the watch though...
  16. I was looking to move to Santa Monica a few years back, but now married with a kid, I am not too sure how easy that move will be.. Did you go out there working, or are you into other things... I knew a fair share of people that just wander out there with no idea and just needed to figure out their plan..
  17. The JO black looks good. Most of these inserts are probably 99.999% similar..
  18. I think my plan is to move away from these big open 1st world countries, US/Canada/EU.. I think the countries themselves are going to just go downhill. I'm sure if you move to Panama and sell mangos to tourists you'd be much happier than having a house that takes 50 years to pay off, a car that takes 6 years to pay off, having your kids taking 10 years to pay off student loans, and going through life pretending that all that debt you're carrying is an investment.. It was funny to see Walmart cashiers in the US "owning" million dollar houses and driving BMW's to work, only to have it catch up to them in no time..
  19. I heard the JewelryOutlet one was one of the best, maybe you want to give that a try? They are on ebay too..
  20. After sitting in the office this morning hating Monday, I figured i'll see where i'd rather be, and perhaps rob a bank and move there.. I'm thinking I need the island life.. Anyone else wishing they could relocate? I'm in Canada, and the whole work to live, live to work lifestyle isn't for me..
  21. ok, well i reported it.
