Ken I was just stating what my conversation with him was, and that it sucked for me because I really needed the movement. If it came out like I was complaining I apologize. I always give the person a chance until proven otherwise. Again He seemed like a cool guy when I talked to him. I really hope he's not screwing with you guys. Any number of things could have happened. Accident, Sickness, Death in the family etc. As for my movement i'm no longer buying from him because I was in a bit of hurry to get the movement, so I got the last one left from ajoesmith. Hope he resolves everyones issues.

About two weeks ago I had contacted him by PM about an A7750 movement, his replies were really quick, within minutes he had replied back. Said that he would find out from his supplier in china to see how much he could get me the movment for. I reminded him a few days after and he said that there was that big storm they had in china that it would delay. I haven't heard anything since then. Sucks cause I really need the movement and don't know anyone else that sells it here or on TRC. Too bad he seemed like a swell guy...

So the other day my fiance was playing with my watch starting the chrono and stopping it and resetting it. Somehow she messed it up I think she might have pressed both pushers at the same time or something. It ended up not being able to stop the chrono. So me being the smart ass I opened it up just to take a look. Long story short I ended up dismantling half of the damn thing. I took out the top bridge (don't know if that is the proper name for the part) and everything exploded in my face. I really didn't know those particular parts were under that much tension. You're probably asking yourself why the hell did he take that part out if it was a pusher problem. Well when I took the rotor off I noticed the tiny spring noted in the picture below was almost completely off. Thats when my exploration turned to disaster. I know I shouldn't have gone as far as removing this "bridge" but it's too late. I know i'm missing one spring or something cause when it exploded one flew across my face and fell somewhere on the floor. Still haven't found it... Now my question is should I try getting another Asian 7750 or have The Zigmeister redo it (if he even has time, I know he's busy with the AR's)? I really love this watch. It was my first rep and I wear it almost everyday. It actually brought a tear to my eye when everything fell apart. I knew I would eventually have to have it serviced but jeez its only been a year and now I did this I even bought a set of hand removers cause I had a problem with the Chrono seconds not resetting to 12 so I was going to adjust them when I recieved the remover, so much for that now. Sigh... Anyways it's late i'm going to cry myself to sleep now. Here are the pics of what was left. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Sorry for bring up an old thread, but I just wanted to thank P4 cause this is exactly what happened to my 177H It was running about +5min an hour. In the picture you can see how the beginning of the hairspring is overlapping the bottom one, its because it was caught on the gold "holder" which has a notch on the bottom to guide the spring ( I don't know the proper name for that is.) So I took the case back off and used a needle to push down the part of the spring that was caught. Ta Da! It worked. Been running perfect since.

Thanks for the info, I really don't think its slipping second hand cause if I let the chrono go all the way around it moves the minute hand at the 12'oclock exactly as its passing back from 59 to 1. I would think if it was slipping it would change at a different position on the second hand no? Regardless I'll probably end up sending it to him. When he gets back from his leave of absense. Not sure if he's back yet. I'd try tinkering with it myself but I still need to collect more tools, All I got is a case back opener and some link removers. Can anyone recommend a good hand remover? I'm also thinking of getting a Pam 177 was thinking of getting it Superlumed not sure if The Zigmeister does this as well.

On my Link Chrono when I go to reset the Chrono the second hand does not go all the way to zero. When I first recieved the watch (Last Christmas) It would reset to 2 or 3 seconds but it never did reset to 0 now its just getting worse. Now it'll reset to 4 or 5s. I didn't want to send it back to josh when I first received it because I was so happy that I finally had it that i didn't really think it would be a big deal. But now its just getting worse. And i'm wondering if this is a known issue with this rep. I tried searching for this particular problem but didn't find much. What would you suggest I do. Also the rotor seems a bit rough as if its slightly touching the case back. Is this an issue with the Reps as well? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Chuck

No I drew for this lottery i know because I checked that it was the panerai 183 that was being given out. If what I think you're saying is that I drew for a lottery that was already over? How is that possible? It even said that only 3 had been drawn so I must have done it before hand? Who handles the lottery?

So what do I do now then? I have the paypal reciept. I got #181, 207, 311 Can anyone check if it actually recorded my tickets?

I purchased three I believe on Sunday but it does not show when I login through the lottery page?
